Adrienne Ruderman and Dan Ketner

Dan and Adrienne have lived and worked at Alta Snowbird since the early 1980s. Their love of skiing and Utah brought them together and it is this passion they share with all of Alta Chalet's guests. They travel extensively in the off season so that Dan can learn the cuisine of the various countries they travel to and bring wonderful food back to their guests. Their latest passion, SUP Surfing (standup paddleboarding), has them travelling to some fun coastal locations both in the US and abroad. Adrienne and Dan enjoy sharing their intimate knowledge of Little Cottonwood Canyon with their clients, whether it be recommending fantastic accommodations or leading the way down an exhilarating powder run. They are both very committed to the community of Alta and the surrounding area, donating their time to various non-for profit organizations and overseeing the Free Resort Shuttle. Adrienne's Favorite Ski Runs: Snowbird's Wilbere Bowl and Alta's High Greely Dan's Favorite Ski Runs: Snowbird's White Pine and Alta's High Boy

Josh Cattan

Alta Chalets Manager

(801) 424-2426

Josh is originally from Boxford MA and first came to Alta in 1998 after graduating from St Michael's College in VT. His father was a commercial lobsterman and he first began working with him on the ocean at 12 years old. He has been a long term employee for the Alta Ski Lift Company and the majority of his time was in the Food and Beverage sector. This is Josh's first season with Alta Chalets although he has been a part of the Summer caretaking program for several years. In his spare time you can find him spending time with his daughters and traveling in the off season. My favorite part of Alta is the close community and the long duration snowstorms that are legendary in LCC. Favorite run: Westward Ho and skate skiing on the Summer road.

Theresa Chamberlin

Alta Chalets Chef & Concierge

(801) 424-2426

Theresa is originally from Boston, MA and began working in hospitality at the age of 13. Her first kitchen job was at a neighborhood café, and she never looked back. After earning degrees from Cornell School of Hotel Administration and the Culinary Institute of America, Theresa has worked at a number of restaurants as a server, bartender, manager, and cook. She spent 9 months at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, where she learned the importance of slow food cooking. Most recently she has been honing her skills with Outstanding in the Field, traveling around the country and producing farm dinners with local artisans and chefs. Theresa loves to recreate dishes she has experienced at restaurants, particularly Mediterranean influenced recipes. We love having her as part of the Alta Chalets team and are looking forward to seeing her on the mountain and in the kitchen this winter. Favorite Ski Run: West Rustler at Alta
