The Albion Grill is on the main level of the Albion Day Lodge near the base of Sunnyside and Albion lifts with indoor seating and the sunniest deck in town with views of Albion Basin and Devil’s Castle. Open for breakfast, lunch, and grab & go snacks, you’ll find everything from pizzas, burgers, chili, soups, and deli sandwiches to hot drinks and cold microbrews. It’s where the ski school takes the kids so it can get busy but it’s quieter here than the Watson Shelter eateries.

Alta Java serves up the best coffee in the Littlewood Canyon with delicious homemade pastries, biscotti, waffles, breakfast burritos, frittatas, and daily specials. The Alta Lodge is a historic mountain lodge at the base of Wildcat and offers an affordable alternative to the on-mountain restaurants. The menu is limited but they offer great daily specials for a cozy sit-down lunch in the lodge dining room or a four-course dinner. The Alta Lodge is open year-round with brunch and lunch served on the sundeck in summer, live music, and tranquil Alta views.

The Watson Shelter is located mid-mountain near the Collins Angle Station and below the top of Wildcat Lift and is the perfect place to take a break from the slopes (accessible for intermediate and expert skiers). Baldy Brews has an espresso bar, tea, and cocoa to warm up, refreshing local beer on tap, and a basic menu with baked goods and daily specials. There’s indoor and outdoor seating on the snow and a slopeside window for grab-and-go food.
