Our Village at Sugarplum #6 vacation rental features 3 bedrooms + loft, 4 bathrooms, a luxurious indoor hot tub, and panoramic views of the Little Cottonwood Canyon, Mt. Superior and Hellgate Cliffs. 

Boasting 2,300 square feet of modern luxury over three levels, this mountain view Alta chalet is the perfect fit for your next ski vacation to Alta-Snowbird! On entry to the sunny great room, you’re greeted with jaw-dropping views of the majestic mountain peaks that will cause you pause! The great room is open plan with a spacious living area and cozy den/home office divided by a fireplace for winter warmth.   

This Snowbird ski home comes equipped with a full kitchen with modern stainless appliances and granite countertops, dining seating for 8, and breakfast bar seating for 4.

Village at Sugarplum #6 accommodates a maximum of 10 guests in 4 bedrooms each with high quality linens for comfort and private guest bathrooms. This Alta vacation home offers great privacy for large groups with two primary suites on the ground level, and a guest bedroom and spacious bunk room in the upper level loft. Other vacation essentials include a washer/dryer for guest convenience. After a wonderful day on the ski slopes, at home aprés ski with friends and family in front of the fireplace, and a luxurious indoor hot tub – a night of comfort awaits at Village at Sugarplum.

Area Information

WINTER: Ski in Ski Out to Snowbird (conditions permitting). Alta is a short shuttle away.

SUMMER: Easy access to hiking and biking. 

ALTA SHUTTLE: Alta Resort Shuttle runs mid-December to early April. Call our office for specific dates.

PARKING: In order to park your vehicle, you MUST fit in the garage with the door closed.  There is parking for 1 vehicle.  MAX DIMENSION OF GARAGE is 270" L x 101" W x 81" H. A Suburban or Escalade should fit in the garage.  If you do not fit in the garage, you will need to park in the Snowbird Cliff Lodge valet area for $60 per night in their first-come, first-serve covered parking.  We recommend airport transportation for additional needs. If you don't fit in the garage during early or late season, when the local area shuttles aren't running, you will not have a place to park.
