ALTA CHALETS is pleased to present the new Palace de Pow, a stylish 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome designed to captivate the natural light and breathtaking views of the Snowbird and Alta ski area. Providing ski-out access to Snowbird Resort (see photos for map and description of access), this newly renovated townhome features 20-foot ceilings with exposed trusses, a 2-story fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the outer peaks and ski runs.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with professional-grade appliances including Blue Star range, Leibheir designer fridge, and a 25-bottle wine fridge. Designed for the finest Alta aprés ski celebrations and memorable gatherings, there’s both casual and formal dining space, from the blue onyx kitchen island to the 10-seat dining room table.

This residence comfortably sleeps 8 people, including a main-level primary bedroom with ensuite bath, additional daybed (suitable for a small child). The 3 upstairs bedrooms plus two additional bathrooms (see notes below), one with steam.  Single-car garage, laundry room, off-garage storage room, and designer lighting further enhance the luxury and comfort.

Palace de Pow Accommodations: 4 Bedrooms – 3.5 Bathrooms

Bedroom #1 – King + Twin Day Bed (suitable for small child) with ensuite bath  

Bedroom #2 – King

Bedroom #3 – King (please note – this bedroom has a slanted ceiling at the foot of the bed.  Couples will need to access bed from same side)

Bedroom #4 – Bunk Room with double bunk beds (2 twins only as upper bunks aren't usable)

Maximum Occupancy:  8 adults

Area Information
WINTER: Ski in Ski Out to Snowbird (conditions permitting). Alta is a short shuttle away.
SUMMER: Easy access to hiking and biking.  NO AIR CONDITIONING IN UNIT.
ALTA SHUTTLE: Alta Resort Shuttle runs from mid-December to early April. Call our office for specific dates.
PARKING: Only PARKING for one vehicle at Village at Sugarplum. In order to park your vehicle, you MUST fit in the garage with the door closed.   MAX DIMENSION OF GARAGE is 230" L x 103" W x 93" H.  Unfortunately, a large SUV (Suburban or Escalade etc) will not fit in the garage.  If you have a smaller SUV (5 person SUV or Subaru etc), you should fit in the garage and the garage must close.  If you do not fit in the garage, you will need to park in the Snowbird Cliff Lodge valet area for $60 per night in their first-come, first-serve covered parking.  If you don't fit in the garage during early or late season, when the local area shuttles aren't running, you will not have a place to park.  We recommend airport transportation for additional needs.
