Ski Area Information
WINTER: Walk to Alta, Ski home from Alta. UTA Bus (public transportation) to Snowbird.
SUMMER: Easy access to hiking and biking. No hot tub available during the summer. 
ALTA SHUTTLE: Alta Resort Shuttle runs mid-December to early April. Call our office for specific dates. 
PARKING:  There is outside parking for 3 vehicles at The Nicholson Chalet.  The parking is located on the east side of the house on the parking slab.  This adjacent to the guest entrance of the house. 
PLEASE NOTE: Separate caretaker’s residence in property.
