The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath as well as a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has an adjacent bath.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a two-family home with a separate residence in the lower level.
WINTER: Walk to Alta, Ski home from Alta. UTA Bus (public transportation) to Snowbird.
SUMMER: Easy access to hiking and biking.
ALTA SHUTTLE: Alta Resort Shuttle runs mid-December to early April. Call our office for specific dates.
PARKING: There is parking for one vehicle only. Parking for this property is in a common parking area with designated spots for each home. Homes are accessed via a snow packed path.
