WE HOPE YOU ENJOYED YOUR STAY WITH ALTA CHALETS!
We have enjoyed having you with us and hope to see you again soon!  Below you will find all the information you need to prepare for your departure. 

As we have limited amount of space available, please take all luggage with you and remember that you may need a parking reservation at the ski area, for your check out day if you haven’t gotten one already.  Alta (https://reserve.altaparking.com/) requires a $25 parking reservation on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and holidays and Snowbird may have some first come first serve parking spots available (https://www.snowbird.com/the-mountain/parking/parking-overview).   

In the interests of conservation and avoiding any additional cleaning fees, here are a few reminders regarding your upcoming check out. 

  • CONDITION:  The property must be left in the same general condition as when you arrived in accordance with your Rental Agreement.
  • FRIDGE:  The refrigerator and freezer must be clean and free of food spills.  Feel free to leave any leftover food you might have as we distribute it to our cleaners/people in the community. ( This does not include cooked food in tupperware containers. Please empty and clean all food storage containers.) 
  • DISHES:  Please do your dishes before you leave. All clean dishes should be put away and dirty dishes rinsed and placed in dishwasher.
  • GARBAGE: Garbage is to be removed to outside dumpster or garbage bin.
  • LINENS:  Please leave all linen on beds and put dirty towels in the bathtub or shower.
  • CONSERVE RESOURCES: Please be sure to turn off all lights, fans, etc.
  • AVOID CATASTROPHE:. Please turn down your heat and be sure to clear all loose items (pillows, comforters, etc.) from the baseboard heaters.
  • FINAL INSPECTION:  Alta Chalet’s staff inspects and cleans the property shortly after your departure. Charges for any excessive cleaning or damage will be charged to the credit card on file
