Heimark House Rates

Nestled in the aspens at the base of Alta's Emma Ridge is the Heimark House. Completed in 2002, this Utah vacation home expresses the owner/architect's vision of the ultimate mountain ski home. The chalet incorporates many modern luxuries such as radiant heat stone floors and an outdoor hot tub while offering unsurpassed views of Alta spanning from Devils Castle to Mount Superior.


This home is uniquely situated on the north side of Little Cottonwood Canyon and is accessed either via a short walk or snow cat ride. This location is especially appealing to those groups that would like ski lodging convenient to both Alta and Snowbird resorts, as well as backcountry touring and snowshoeing.
