Appetizers

Tuna Tartar - Tartar of wild Tuna with fennel, orange and cucumber
Classic Swiss Fondue - Gruyere, Appenzeller, and white wine served with rustic crusty bread.
Mediterranean Inspired Small Bites - Humus, olives, cheeses, roasted nuts and fresh fruit.
South of the Border - Homemade salsas, margaritas and all of the fixings...

Salads

Goat Cheese and Arugula Salad - Organic arugula tossed in honey-coriander vinaigrette. Mixed herb and goat cheese croutons.
Organic Mixed Greens - Mixed field greens, shallots, thyme and champagne vinaigrette
Caesar Salad - Organic romaine lettuce tossed with our special dressing.
Beet Salad with Stilton blue cheese.

Entrees

Duck Breast - Pan-seared breast of duck. Yukon Gold potato hash with braised duck leg, organic roasted beets, lardons and Grana cheese. Natural jus.
Grilled Bison Tenderloin with Yukon Gold potato puree, ciopollini onions and port wine sauce.
Roasted Free Range Chicken - boneless breast served over risotto and wilted arugula.
Seared Salmon served with Jasmine rice, Asian greens and ginger sauce.
Broiled Halibut with Israeli cous-cous, caramelized carrots and red pepper puree.

Pear tart with honey ricotta.
